430 headlight repair advise needed.

Hello fellow enthusiasts. I purchased a 430 Scud this week sight unseen. During the PPI it was noted the headlight lens were fogged. I thought no big deal. Well the car has come in and the "fogging" is actually on the inside, not outside. They seem to be sealed units. Is there a way to pull them apart or is there a service out there that fixes this issue, I would assume this is fairly common. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
