I've seen a few 430 keys that are painted, and came across a thread for the 360, but I wanted to see if anyone had any tips for taking the key apart, painting, etc.

I found this picture online. Looks like the button can also be removed, but not the logo?

If anyone has pics of their process, end result it would be most helpful. Thanks.

The logo u can remove with a bit of gentle prying with a small screw driver. oOnce you paint it don't refit the ring as it will wear the paint away around the hole as it has done in ur pic I used a black boot lace as a loop to attaché my fob to the key.

Is the logo glued on? Yea, definitely not going to use a metal ring once it is cleaned up. Any pics of what you guys are using instead?
