430 manual gearbox launch technique

Rather than torture the clutch too many times experimenting, has anyone optimised the revs and traction control program combination for the fastest launch. I tried 5k then 7k revs in Race mode but the engine just died each time with virtually no wheel spin. Tried 5k revs (430 max torque revs)with CST off and the tyres lit up. I have a few more options in mind. It may just come down to 5k revs CST off but more practised throttle modulation after initial clutch release. Any ideas?
(Don't give me the smart**s "buy an F1" answer either!)
