Aside from coupe and spider differences and manual vs f1, what are the differences among 430 as it came out in 2005 and until was production was finished in 2009?

I am sure topic has been brought up many, many times over the yrs but I was unable to find anything doing both a search and an advanced search.

    Thanks

With the addition of standard Carbon Ceramic Brakes in 08, not much except for options.

Didn't Ferrari make the tire pressure sensors standard mid-2007 as well?

The feds required them beginning 2007.

Other than more and more options available, no changes other than the Scud of course. Some parts were updated over time and covered with TSB's. My 2005 has had a number of them. The exhaust manifolds are new designs I think sometime late 2007 or early 2008. I'm sure dealers can find what VIN# has them.

I have a July built '07 F430 which doesn't have the tire pressure sensors. I'm pretty sure it was made standard Aug/Sept.

Did all years include the "slats" in the rear wheel wells to vent air and prevent pressure and lift? Can someone check an 08 or earlier 430 for those vents in the rear wheel well? The 09 F430 has the vents.

360's had them so I am sure all the 430's have them.

The rear carbon fiber segment was added for the '06 model year. That is basically the "rear challenge grill" as it was once referred as.

There was a post quite awhile back where the op said that when buying a 430 don't buy one manufactured before 08. According to him there were many small changes incorporated in the 08's and up that just made it better overall.

Right, from 05 to 09, the differences that I have noticed have been (i am only including the 'standard' changes, options chnage always)

    CCM
    Radio
Battery Cut Off Switch (changed from actual switch to useless hex key)
Reverse/Launch Control/Auto Switch changed 3 times to different style buttons
    Clutch engagement/ Gearbox software
    Front boot surround/water gutter
    Tool Kit (could be wrong)

I have had 5 F430's and these are the differences I have noticed as I got new ones each year.

My car is an August 2007 build and it has the optional (reset button under dash) TPMS which was bundled with the runflats. MY08 cars have the standard TPMS which also use different wheels sensors.

The question remains, do any Sept - Dec. 2007 MY07 cars have TPMS???
