What steps need to be taken to reduce oil in crankcase ? What's the cost to remove intake and/or exhaust manifold ? Thx

You could use a siphon to remove oil from the reservoir tank to remove a small amount. For larger amounts remove the drain plug in the crankcase. Sorry but I don not know of labor and part (gaskets I assume) costs to R&R intake and exhaust manifolds.

I used a large medical syringe and some tubing to suck out the oil when I over filled mine a couple years ago. When I opened my air intake to clean it out this last year there was maybe a teaspoon in there.

Why are you going to remove the air intake plenum and the exhaust manifold? If it's THAT much, why not just remove the rubber intake from the intake plenum on each side and suck the extra out. It's the cost of a couple clamps. Exhaust.. why not just clean the oxygen sensors if they start throwing codes.. ?

Don't be a sucker. (copied on 360/430 section)

I have an old pump out of a shampoo bottle with 3' of plastic tube slid onto it. It pumps oil nicely and cost me about 50 Cents for the tubing.
