Hello Everyone, What do you guys think of the cars temperature? Is this normal for it to be this high driving under normal conditions, temperature outside is 43 degrees Celsius? I know that the needle is on the white portion of the gauge(normal range), but whats concerning me is that its on the upper limit of normal. I was driving normally mix between fast flowing traffic with a few stop and go occasions. Your input is appreciated. Image Unavailable, Please Login
It was 30c today in S. Florida.....coolant,oil temp was below the upper limit upon City driving. Your outside temps are more extreme, so could be normal.
My coolant temp needle went past the middle mark in traffic last week, we are also not far away (am in Riyadh) so I guess we have the same steamy weather. mine is a spider so the compartment is also smaller and air does not flow as good as in a coupe. I don't plan to drive it during the day until maybe October, it's just too much. Good luck buddy, let us know how it goes.
thanks guys for the replies. I checked with the dealership and they told me its normal as long as it doesnt hit the red portion of the temp gauge. The fans did kick in as needed. So i guess all is normal.
