There's a few references here that recommend the 430 Scud transmission mounts for 360 road car use, however it's not clear what the benefit is, better durability, more sporting ride, better handling etc?

Interested in experiences here including how much additional vibration/harshness there is to the ride with the 430 scud mounts.

I just swapped mine and didn't notice any loss of comfort. I did notice significantly better shifting but I also changed the fluid to RedLine and cleaned the screen filter at the same time so that may have been part of it. Below is what mine looked like next to the new one.

Are different bolts/washers/anything else required to mount F430 transmission mount on the 360?

Worth noting for clarity: the 16M and Scuderia use the Challenge mount (237531) which is upgraded over the standard F430 part (186698), which in turn is upgraded over the original 360 mount.

I think Ferrari now supply the F430 version if you order one for a 360, but in all cases if you want the Scud/Challenge you need to specify it.
