Dear Chatmates I have seen the foitos of the 430C and saw the mirrors and the part between the airboxes also in CF, who is doing then actually in the market? Who knows if is it possible to upgrade a standard F430 gerashift to 430 scuderia?
There are a few companies who do CF parts for the Ferrari. - MACarbon - Powerspeed - Novitec Check the F-Chat sponsors page for more details. Forget the gearbox. It's not only the gearbox, but also involves the electronics, ECU,...etc. Even if it were possible, it will not be worth it. Sell the F430, pay a difference of maybe US$70k-80k and buy the Scuderia.
Selling the F430 will put him in the position of buying the 430Scuderia with the F430s markup and no money out of pocket, that's if he can get in the list. This is how it will work for me but I have no interest in tracking the car so I wont buy it.
You are right ofcourse, but that is if he can get the Scuderia at MSRP. He may even have an early F430 which would not be sufficient to cover a new Scuderia, even at MSRP.
