Is it actually the dealers that place the orders for the car? I recall reading somewhere that these dealers buy people out of their contract/waiting list position for a couple of extra quid then whack their premium on it then? I recall a certain young dealer arranging for people to go to Ferrari dealers and place deposits with no intention of taking delivery
Just guessing but I think Karl will be selling it for a customer. I'm pretty sure I know who's car that is but as said in the advert discretion is assured.
For as long as there is a hole in my ar$e you will not be able to stop "it" cars getting in to the hands of speculators
There you go steve you just need a two inch bung and a rubber mallet and you can change the world of buying Fcars, seems like a sound proposition to me Cheers Tom
speaking to my local dealer in london, they said the first batches in the uk (uk spec) will be arrving feb/march 2008. 12 month waiting lsit on them already I guess huge premiums are likely.
Sounds correct. My dealer has an allocation of 12 and another I spoke to had an allocation of 10. Still, not that a small number if it was only serious buyers, that intended to keep and actually drive them. But the added numbers of orders from poxy speculators and those that want the latest car to pose about in for 1,000 miles, then sell before they lose a £1 is not unsubstantial. P.S. 360CS numbers in the UK must be well under 100? Can't recall exact figs.
What dealer is that as i spoke with every dealer in the uk today and everyone has said they have not been given an allocation yet? And can only give a rough idea on when the first right hand drive models will be getting produced. They all say from end of this yr to march 2008. Is when you will start to see the 430 scuderia.
