430 Service Records?

So I've begun my search for a 430 spider.I've seem to be coming across some cars w/o service records. While I know it's not too big of a deal because the lack of belt changes and such. However am I correct in thinking that the service records would show that the headers, exhaust brackets and the tranny mount problems were addressed? Although isn't it true that a PPI at a dealer would reveal these things when they run the vin to check for campaigns? Thanks for your opinions.
