Since having had my car's dash looked at by Ferrari, I've noticed the steering wheel is slightly off dead centre now probably because it had been removed and not lined up correctly.
    Can I adjust this myself?
How would you get the Ferrari horse cover to come off and would I have to be very careful with all the functions on the wheel being potentially disturbed?
Maybe I should just take it back to them?

Personally I'd take it back since they caused the problem. There's a danger of damaging the air-bag or failing to connect properly and I wouldn't take the chance if I had a "mark" for it in the first place.

I have seen threads on this forum which indicate how to do it, so if you want to have a go the information is there!

    Good luck!

I agree, you should take it back to them. They are the ones that goofed it up.

If you should decide to do it yourself. It’s fairly simple. Remove 2 screws from the back of the wheel that hold the airbag in place. Pull out the airbag and unplug it. You will now have access the center nut that removes the wheel. If it doesn’t just pop off. You will also need a steering wheel puller to persuade it. Don’t forget to plug the air bag in when you reinstall.

As suggested, you should probably take it back to the dealer. If you attempt the job yourself though, it's probably a good idea to switch off the battery first. You don't want that airbag accidentally going off in your face during removal/re-installation. Also, don't forget to follow the procedure for starting the car after switching the battery back on.
