When driving on the street do you drive in sport mode or race mode?

When crusing on the high way do you switch to low grip mode to get a more comfortable suspension setting?

Just picked up my new 430 and trying to get the hang of the "little" switch...

I keep it in sport mode for street driving. Even at this setting, it will allow the rear to step out a little if you have a heavy foot on corner exits. In race mode, the suspension gets stiffer which is of benefit on tracks and lets the rear come way out before the nannies intervene. It also makes for better braking with less nose dive. I have found really no difference in ride quality between wet and sport, but wet slows down throttle response quite a bit. I do use it in the rain as a safety measure. On dry roads, I don't like what it does to throttle response, etc.

I always keep mine in race mode, crisper shifts. I only switch to sport when the road surface is really rough.

I drive mine in race mode most of the time now unless the road surface deteriorates.
i find that in race mode from a standing start the clutch engages fully much sooner and thats got to be good for the clutch a recent 5000 miles service revealed 10% clutch wear.
I trust your enjoying finding out what does what

I have a stick shift, so clutch take up and shift speeds are controlled by me.

Race mode is deffanitley more fun!!

    Question though,
how much traction control are we losing in race mode
over sport mode?? ( how much easier to get in trouble??)
