My car has the Bridgestone RE50 as standard, which seem reasonable on road with the limited time I've had the car. But as I intend to track the car, need to get some sticky rubber options.. The Scud has Pirelli Corsa (system) as standard running a 235 front instead of a 225. Also BF Goodrich do a track orientated tyre on 430 sizes.. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=BFGoodrich&tireModel=g-Force+T%2FA+KDW+2&index=0&vehicleSearch=true&frontTire=235YR9GFTAKDW2XL&rearTire=835YR9GFTAKDW2&place=0&minSpeedRating=V&speed_rating=V&speed_rating=Z&speed_rating=W&speed_rating=Y&speed_rating=(Y)&minLoad=S Have been told that putting track tyres can affect the E-Diff.. anybody heard this or experienced problems? Cheers Rob
Please fill me in... What's the E-Diff have to do with the tires on the car? Is is it just "grip" related? There's not an issue with damage to the Diff because of tire type? Makes no sense!
