I’ve come across an original pair of 450 heads 1957. Is the intake geometry the same as a later Mexico heads…? Will a Mexico intake system fit or bolt up?

The 450S engine and the later "production" Maserati V-8 have NOTHING in common except being V-8 engines built by Maserati. All you have to do is look at the two motors to see NOTHING is interchangeable. This is a myth that even the factory chose to perpetuate over the years as a marketing tool to sell the production cars.

Does anyone have any intake geometry for the 450s heads? Any schematic or photos of the heads with or without the intake/fuel injection system that can be shared?

    Thanks for all your consideration.

There's the Hans Tanner Maserati Owner's Handbook with a tuning and maintenance section for the 450S. It has some overall dimensions, bearing clearances, and valve degree angles. It only has a black and white image of the exterior of the engine.
There's also a cutaway of the engine in the book Maserati Sports Racers published by Unique Motor Books, but it doesn't have any dimensions. It does show hairpin valve springs and gear-driven cams.

Looking into this a bit further I learned the designer of the 8 cylinder 450s engine, Guido Taddeucci, was heavily influenced by his previous engine designs, the 150s and 200s. It is stated the valvetrain configurations are similar if not identical. Sadly I cannot locate blueprints for either. Locating any 1 sounds like it could tell a lot about the others though

Architecturally, the 450S engine is two 200S engines on a common crankcase.
