Hello, I come to you with another question.
Some time ago I was washing carpets in my 456, for this purpose I had to remove the front seats.
Here was my great surprise - these are probably the heaviest seats I have ever disassembled from the car. Unfortunately, I did not have weight, but despite my large stature, I had problems lifting them.
I assume that one weighs a minimum of about 40 kg.
Second thing, with my height of 188cm - with the farthest armchair - I still have little space for legs and knees. I'm sitting too close to the steering wheel.
Hence the question - has anyone encountered the replacement of the factory seats with some other?
    Sports, bucket?
I think that with such an exchange, you can steal 40-50 kg of vehicle weight.

The standard holes in the floor should accept a racing seat with suitable bracket but you'd lose rear fob folding and probably power adjustment although some folk have written about transferring the mechanism

    Hi,

I’m 186cm and very comfortable in the driver’s seat. I have the steering wheel all the way up and to the rear and I have the seat bottom lifted a bit, a bit more from the front to support my legs.

Yes, they are the heaviest seats I have ever dealt with, perhaps also due to the integrated seat belts and safety.

    Cheers!

I think the Sparco SPX would go well in 360/430/550/575/599. They might look good in a 456, but that would depend on the style of the backseat.
