    Hello everyone!

Have a 2000 456M GTA with some electrical issues. Hopeful to get some guidance. Issues started when the windscreen wipers stopped working. Then AC/ventilation would start and stop, then went dead. Filled gas tank and low fuel warning and gas gauge would not reset. Lastly car started overheating. Assumed the radiator fan stopped; BUT, when that happened the gas gauge reset and now operates normal. Ugghhh!

    Any thoughts/advice/guidance/prayer/voodoo?? Thanks!!

I’d say check your alternator. Mine started having all sorts of similar symptoms as the alternator died.
Only other guess is to check the relay panel for connections and grounds.

    Good luck !

My 456M acted similarly before I replaced my battery (and then) the alternator.

Thank you very much! Some one recommended the battery as well. I'll let you know how it turns out!

My 456M had a few seemingly unrelated electrical issues - A/C intermittent, speedo stopped working, running rough, then CEL lights. All about the same time. Next day, all fixed. Happened again a few months later driving on a very hot day today (over 100F.) Then sometimes only one issue, sometimes multiple. I had already had alternator overhauled a few months before, and the battery was quite new, so that ruled those out. My solution was to replace the fuse board (thanks Guido). When replacing it the electrician remarked that quite a few of the connectors were burnt, and others had evidence of overheating. So, problems solved, or so it seems. If your alternator & battery check out OK, the fuse board is definitely the next thing to investigate.
