I have the latest rubber window liner installed in my 456 GT. The issue is that there is a 3-4 mm gap in the rear bottom corner which does let in water if you get caught in the rain. Does anyone else have this issue ? If so any suggestions on solutions ? Thanks.

I have a 95 456GT with the window update completed; however, I also recently had my windows "re-adjusted" for this very reason... if you follow your window up, does it look like it pushes up slightly too high up? If so, you might require some window adjustment in the THRUST of the window. After awhile from not fixing this, your window may begin to "catch" the rubber on the way up... it's all about alignment!

The work was done by the dealer, which took about 4-5 hours of labor.

    Good luck,
    Byron

Even after the update, my passenger window still needed adjusting. Even after the adjustment the passenger window makes more wind noise than the drivers side.

The current problem is post the update. The drivers side still makes more wind noise than the passenger side and now I have these 2 3mm gaps ! Has anyone successfully filled the gaps or adjusted the trim to solve the problem ?

My driver's window has a fair amount of wind noise, but no gaps. I don't think there is much, if any, wind noise on the passenger side, but then I don't ride over there much.

I have an 01 456M with the same issue... I think every one I looked at before I bought mine (8-10) had a gap of some sort. I had mine adjusted, but its back out of wack... I found if you put the window all the way up, then click the wondow switch down VERY slightly, it seals up well. Hope that helps rid some of you of the noise if you dont want to keep having it adjusted!

Thanks, that does solve the problem with the wind noise from the front seal. Still have the 3mm rain inviting gap in the low rear corner though.
