If the car has an OBDII port (doubtful on a RHD?) and you have access to a good OBDII scanner, you could check the fuel trims on each ECU to see what's happening, and see if there are other codes present. If not, then you're flying blind and will be changing parts and hoping for a good result because it could be a number of things: O2 sensor, coolant sensor, MAF, ignition misfires, sticking injectors, etc. Best get it to a specialist with Ferrari experience and SD1/2/3 scanners if you don't have the right diagnostic equipment.

Is she a Motronic 2.7 or 5.2 456? Changeover date would be 1996 for Europe and MY 97 for US. 2.7 is non-OBDII and 5.2 has OBDII, if the wiring has been fixed.
