Above the dead pedal according to the picture.

A lot of stuff mounted in that area. It could even be behind the dead pedal.

Based on the parts book it is possible it is either the white or black item at about 10 oclock in the photo. Your replacement may not be a look alike part.

Finding electrical components in the more modern Ferraris has been a real problem. They do a terrible job of telling us where they are. Your picture in the parts book is far more informative than many.

I looked at the 2 black and white relays, they are not 7 pins.

Its there, quite far to the left. Turn on the directional and hear it clicking. First check the fuse to see if its blown.

On my right hand drive 456 is on the kick panel just in front of one of the brains. So on the outside of the car rather than the centre console side.

I don't suppose you have part numbers for the relay do you? The reason I found mine is because it is playing up- it works when I 'jiggle' it just right....

    Cheers,

    Phil

If it works when you jiggle it, it seems it would more likely be the connections in and behind the fuse panel rather than the relay.

Mine was also intermittent - but worked when 'jiggled'. I fixed it by resoldering the connections between the pins and the circuit board- about 3 of the pin connections had clear issues which could be seen when I slid the internals out of the relay. A tight fit for the plug may have flexed them over the years? I also sourced another one for good measure. Fiat 20V coupe was the donor.

    Good luck,

    Phil
