    does anyone know if the window seal problem was confined to the 95s or did it carry through to 97s and 98s? thanks

    It definitely carried through to the 97s (all of the 456GT/GTAs) and I believe possibly into the 456M.

    My understanding is that they are no longer doing the window mod for free, but you might check into it. Mine was done courtesy of FNA in 2002, even though my car is a 1995 456GT.

    They replace the rear quarter windows with larger ones, and replace the seals, regulators, maybe the window motors?

    The result is that the back of the front window seals much better against the quarter windows. Ferrari was doing this for free in North America for quite a while... I have heard they stopped doing it for free, but I'm not sure.

    The invoice on mine was around $8k, and not every dealer can do it. My car had to be shipped to Seattle to get it done.
