    My 456GT is 23 years old. Should I use the specified oil or change to one that will be better for older engines. For example I use LiquiMoly 10W60 in my older BMWs (V12 and V8).

    Ferrari engine oil is a constantly discussed and debated topic. Try the search funtion is this forum and you will get the greater schools of thought. Pick one and forget about the others.

    Mobil 1 0W-40 Euro at Walmart. $22 and change for a 5qt jug. It will be just fine...

    It only has 45000km so I guess its not that old in engine miles.

    Any good 5W-40 full synthetic will work fine.
