All 456ers Thinking about the Capristo valved mufflers with radio control. Does anyone have data on the sound with valves closed and valves open. Interested in two things: - relative difference between the two settings - how loud is valves closed setting. Any assistance greatly appreciated. whammy
Hello, i have a dentist friend who recently installed in his blue 456 the mufflers with valves, he told me that differences between the two settings are great, he ave not remote control but they are drive only by driving conditions. I listened the car and sound is very metallic, he had tubi witout valves and he removed for those ... he is happy. Following his youtube channel Regards M.
Those valves act a lot like the vacuum secondaries on an old 4 barrel carburetor and open when vacuum gets high enough to demand it.
