    Hello,

does anyone happen to know the ID (inside diameter) or OD (outside diameter) of the 3 large coolant hoses on the 456GT?

Numbers 23, 45, and 46 on the diagram (thanks Ricambi)

    Need to improvise something.

    Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion - but the car needs to be moved tomorrow.

I think I found a Mercedes hose that will do the job until I get a proper replacement.

I know this is an old thread but does Ricambi offer a Silcone kit for the 456? I find the Ricambi site hard to navigate. There does not seem to be a section for hose kits and site search returns +3k items. thanks

Correct -- we do not have a specific silicon 'kit' for the 456. Generally, on the 456 we see customers replacing the "big fatty" hose in the valley of the plenum 181599 most commonly during a timing belt service. I think its because the hose is a total PITA to reach and makes good sense as a while-you're-in-there kind of thing. Everything else seems to be requested only when there's an imminent failure or very clear damage. I'm not sure why it works out that way, but certainly 181599 (as others in this thread had mentioned) is the one to deal with.

If you're looking for a replacement waterpump, we do have the Italia Engineering ones (fellow Fchatter!) in stock here: https://www.ricambiamerica.com/collections/waterpumps-rebuild-kits/177561d-water-pump-f355-456-550.html

Should you have any questions about our website, certainly give us a call on 336-499-2500.
