456GT window off track

Hi all. My driver's window had been working perfectly since I purchased car recently. Last week it seemed to pop off the track after being lowered and then would tilt forward when being raised.. before making some bad rubbing noises.

I removed the door card, and my theory seems to be true.. window is not on the front track. I tried to gently get it back in, but did not want to risk breaking the glass. I also did not want to fully remove it.

Anyone have experience getting the glass back on the track? Photo shows what i assume to be the track.
