I have a line on a stock 99 M GT with 50k miles for $75k, I have no idea if this is a good price or not.

In general would you guys prefer a low or average mile 95 456 or a high mile M car for about the same price with overall car condition being equal? Thanks

i think people would like to know a little more history on the car ie service's etc then miles wont matter that much.

I would like to see the maintenance records.
get an inspection by a qualified technician before you think of making an offer.

I'm not afraid of that car with those miles at all. Personally the price seems VERY high to me as on a wholesale level 80k was more than I could get for my old '01 550 with 48K or so on it.

Seems to me that everything else being equal, an '01 550 is worth more than said 456.

I am actively looking for a 456 Manual myself to use as a daily driver.. if it's as reliable as the 550s I had, I'll be tickled pink. Now, I will say that at that mileage my 550 still ran like a raped ape with ZERO drivetrain issues and I drove it like a madman. 456s with over 70k miles are common in Europe and they tend to take the miles well.
