I looking for a 456M GT around '01 or '03, prefer TDF Blue w/ TAN interior, low mileage.

I am planning this as a present for my wife ... Dec .... This year is a little late (she is 4 months pregnant!)
so I am looking to purchase before Dec '08. Oh Blue color to match her eyes!

Any forum members (or friends of forum) would like to trade up to a 612 next year and unload their lovely 456,
PM me. May be we can work something out ... and cut out the middle man.

I am looking for a stick only!

I thought the designation 456M GTA is for auto and
    456M GT is for manual

    thanks all ... for replies

I am going to have to stick to these exact specs:
    456M GT 2001 - 2003 models
TDF - Blue w/ Tan interior
    6 Speed

It might be tuff since there aren't that many w/ this combo colors
around. I have time & patience. I know the car I want is out there.

And low mileage is a big plus.

of course: I just wasn't sure if your wife would like he stick and therefore, was wondering if you left the "A"utomatic suffix off.

Guess she loves the stick [no pun] then...I know my wife does [pun/no-pun :)] but she's kinda' a gear head anyway.

thanks ... will try to call Jim.

My wife agrees that stick are for fun to drive. All of our fun cars are sticks anyway.
I initially bought her a Toyota Tacoma to improve her skills. She since graduated.
Next step is Infineon Raceways for her!

I will probably be selling my Swaters Blue/Tan 456GT in the next few months... but it's a 95, and not especially low miles (32k). Very well documented and serviced, however.

Jim would not take a deposit for my specs. He mentioned these are special orders and
the owners don't give these up too easily.

Oh well, I am just have to hunker down and wait ....

That car is the same basic color combination as mine, but it certainly is not my car.

Incidentally, that car is also a Euro, which should be valued at a discount to a US car. It's probably an early serial number, as well (the 456 was introduced in Europe in 1992, but didn't come to the US until 1995).

Tha'ts funny, it's there on the lot, they took it in as a trade. There are 3 dealerships at that location, Porsche, Audi, and Bentley. I saw it earlier this week, but I believe it's a GTA.

We are practically neighbor ... if you are up and about in the area on weekends, PM me.
I would like my wife to have a look at yours. She needs to size the car it if she is comfortable
with it. We are looking at 550s also.

I was in FO Beverly Hills on Monday. They have a super clean '03 with 11,000 miles. 6 speed but it is Grigio and Black they were asking $115,000 to start. I am sure it was on consigment and the seller had about 10% to the dealership. just an FYI

Yes its mine and pretty much perfect. I was looking for the exact late tdf 456 also. I'm just registering it here in nj. bought it in Florida. A thought was to keep the car for about a year while waiting for the new Panamera which I have on order. I don't expect to put much milage on it since i have several other vehicles. Your interest in the car might influence whether I add shields and 18 inch wheels. It already does have a tubi exhaust. Let me know.

I think I know where in FL you bought this. I had inquires into this and the salesman told me it was sold!
Kessler Motors? Your timing to get a Panamera is perfect as I am looking to line something up for next year
knowing getting the exact specs are hard to find.

Do you have any pics? PM me your contact plz.

My wife is vertically challenged (4'10"). The 456 is the ONLY car she has ever fit perfectly. She practically cried!
    Good luck!
