I noticed a small oil leak at the connection of the reservoir hose (part 180814) and the radiator. Pic shows the amount of seepage every 24 hours. I already tried to tighten the fitting and it's torqued properly. Do I need to order a new hose, try a high temp thread sealant or wrap an oil absorbent cloth around the fitting and deal with it at the next oil change? TIA!

Why thread sealant? The threads play no part in sealing.
It needs to be removed and inspected. It might have slight damage on the sealing surfaces or a piece of debris on the sealing surfaces. Just loosening it enough to move the pipe up and down some then retightening it may work.

I have had many that required slight lapping of the fitting to get it to seal.

I was taught it's a good idea to use some Permatex on drain plugs after each fluid change...in case the threads don't make a perfect seal.

Thank you! I will give it a try at the next oil change.

How many times have you wiped it and watched it re-accumulate? Do the drops ever hit the floor? Reason I’m asking - is it possible it’s old oil from above (from a previous oil change etc) that made its way down? Seems a little odd it would just start leaking out of nowhere… but it does happen.
I occasionally see seepage on some of my cars but the drops never make it to the floor.
I’ve heard of the ‘gasket maker’ / thread sealant trick too… but that was for older vehicles whose engines are extremely scarce and options for new parts/hoses etc are difficult to source. I had an old landcruiser whose oil drain plug/bolt I frequently had to use gasket maker; the crush washer just wouldn’t seal correctly after all the times it had been accessed

It’s seeping from the connection fitting. I wiped the area clean and the next day you can see a drop forming. The area above is clean.

Is there an O-ring in that fitting? Might just have to open it up…

haven't opened it up but i don't think it has an o-ring in this fitting...it's metal to metal.
