You can read the rego number on the footage, NSW RMS rego check lists it as a 458

 

Yes there is an issue with NSW RMS, my 488 is listed as a 458 on the registration papers..

 

That doesn't change the fact that it's a 488

They all look the same to me from the 360 onwards,a bit like all 'ordinary' cars look the same.

Ferrari did not apply for separate import compliance for the 488 , instead treated it as an evolution of the 458, hence 488's appear as 458's on a NSW rego check.
