I have been informed by my 458 dealer that the clicking noise is coming from the drive shafts and re-applying the Loctite will cure the clicking. Any information on this job would be great??

It's just what the dealer said. The original Loctite has failed, allowing the axle-shafts to rotate in the hubs causing the clicking noise on take-off.
You remove the driveshafts, clean the splines in the driveshaft and rear hubs. Reinstall the driveshafts with new Loctite applied to the spines, install new nuts on the shafts. Torque the nuts to spec. and stake them into place on the shafts.
