Cranked car up today hoping to go out for a spin. Tried to back out of garage and brakes were locked. Rear wheels were spinning. When I got out of the car I noticed skid marks on the floor from both front wheels. Jacked up left front and wheel was locked tight.
No warning lights or anything on the screens. Has anyone else had this experience?

Looking on the diagram it shows 2 pipes from the servo, called pipe from front and rear brake pump. These 2 goes to the hydraulic block and then 4 pipes out which must be 2x front an 2x rear. Looks like something stuck in the hydraulic block so not letting the pressure off.
If you crack the front brake bleeds just a little to release the pads, you will get it back in garage.
Might be an idea to try flushing the brake system to see if any dirt in system, otherwise take the hydraulic block off and prove the thing is not seized

Well, as it turned out I just installed wheel spacers and the lug bolts for the front were too long. The correct size is on the way from the seller. I was not told they were incorrect but anyway all is good now.

Why on earth did you not turn the wheels by hand after you had fitted them?

I appreciate that you report back about your silly mistake! You could have just sat back and blame it on the engineering software of the ABS unit.

Seriously, thanks Buzzl for coming back to report the results. It is a silly mistake that could happen to anyone who goes through the process a bit too quickly. It's nice to know what the actual problem was for us wondering.
