    Sorry if I had to post a topic about this here. I tried searching and wasn't very sure of the answers I found.

    Are the brake pads for the 458 Italia and the 488 GTB the same?

    No (neither front nor rear).
    488 has the same pads as 458 Speciale, which are different from 458 Italia.
