458 oil pump leak

    Guy my 458C is leaking oil at a little fitting on the oil pump. has anyone else dealt with an oil leak in or around the oil pump? is it possible to fix it without removing the engine? Is the seal replaceable or do I need to replace the entire oil pump?
    You can see the little amount of oil at the bottom of the #9 bracket in the photo showing the part diagram. It doesn't show that as a part you can order. Like you have to replace the entire oil pump. I think it is missing a C clamp that must have popped off somehow.

    Main question, can i remove the oil pump with engine in car.
    Second question. If anyone has done one, do you think I can replace that seal or C clamp.

    Any help or thoughts is greatly appreciated.

    No need to remove engine out of bay.

    Buy repair gasket kit plus filter, reassemble everything and enjoy the car.

    Nice videos, man. Glad you got that addressed.

    I’ll try to post some videos of any maintenance that I need to do on my 458 Challenge once I get it. Could be helpful for each other or anyone else who wrenches on their own car.

    Supposedly picking up my car tomorrow if I can bail out of work a little early.
