Lowering a car gets rid of the concentric circle look that is created between the wheel, tire, and fender, which makes the car look strange.

That's the thing that always strikes me when I see a 458 that's been lowered too much. Very nice wheels, though. These are the first 'after markets' I've seen that look as good as the Ferrari options.

Love the clean design and finish. The finish is so nice I could only imagine how nice that finish would look on a white or gray 458.

My favorite wheel to date. My favorite shot is the first one in the OP, or the last one in the second post.

Well , anyone need a quote shoot me a PM or email [email protected]

We are Hre's worlds largest dealer so price and fast service is no problem just ask we can make anything happen and We also do trade in on old wheels or factory wheels instead of letting them just rot in the garage . :)

Definitely most think it looks 'better' rather than 'strange' :) To me, a too big fender gap does look strange. This 458 looks awesome due to the lowering and the nice wheels.

You might also want to get into a drawing board and see how concentric wheels and fenders get on, I advance some surprises.

It's not about lowering as such. It's about lowering too far. And apart from the wheels not sitting well in the arches, lowering too much always looks way too 'pimp'.

I could do with a tad less lowering if you insist :) , but IMO this one does not look over-lowered... perfect stance!

I dont really think concentricity of wheels and arches is an issue, and believe me, I like low but not slammed.
