    Hi all,

I’m looking to adjust the racing seat on my 458 and as I started looking around I noticed a wiring harness under the seat. I’m assuming this is simply for the seat belt as the racing seat has no other electrical components (that I know of). The task itself seems simple enough but I wanted to make the system didn’t require a reboot/clear if I unplugged the harness while working on the seat. Any advice on the harness or adjustment of the racing seat is much appreciated.

    Thank you

From memory the drivers side just has the seat belt. The passenger side has the belt and the airbag.

The drivers seat has adjustments not available on the passenger side.

A archive search should address the adjustment but it is a physical screw (believe 4 actually) that has to be taken out and the seat has to be removed to get to them.

Be careful removing the seat as it will scratch and dent things.

Hand start the bolts that mount the track to the car. Don’t cross thread.
