$ 630,000. I was tempted rationalizing it as a car that would not be going down in value - as opposed to my regular 458.

Still, too rich for my blood. Seems near a fair price since Dupont advertisers are looking for $ 700,000+

It's $630k because it has alot more miles, which actually made me happy since it means someone had a hell of a time in that car :p.

However, the Apertas are actually plummeting in value the past year. Their asking price is just WAAY to high compared to the hardtop Speciale. If you notice, there's an equal amount of Apertas on the market as there are hardtops, despite being 4X as rare.

They are also sitting for 6 months minimum. Many have been on the market for nearly a year.

My personal opinion, Apertas are overvalued on the market right now in general. Buyers do love exclusivity and an open top, but it's not a $400k premium over the hardtop Speciale.

With that said, I did actually see that specific car in person. It has a lot of options, and was in great visual condition, but the owner specced the stripe a bit odd for my taste (Assuming you are talking about the yellow one with the thin black stripe)

If you actually drive the car it will drop in value much further. Eventually it will probably plateau somewhere.
