Anyone have a photo of a Nero Speciale with Giallo calipers and Grigio rims? Would love to see that.
What about this one? Ferrari 458 Speciale - 6 april 2014 - Autogespot What color is it? It looks a bit purple i think...
Thanks for the tip. Most of the cars on that site have black rims, which looks atrocious IMO. Still not found a color which I like on the Speciale yet. Nero and Rosso are equally boring (in stark contrast to the Scud which looked great in either). Hope I see a few cars in Grigio Titanio or Grigio Alloy soon.
Black rims are atrocious? Darker finished rims have been in play for 6-8 years now and that trend doesn't look to be letting up any time soon. They started on the Scud for Ferrari and seeing one with out them would look out of place. The standard aluminum rims now look either un finished or plain boring at times.
Yes they look atrocious IN MY OPINION. Jesus... I don't need a lesson on the history og black rims either.

I'm curious if you've seen the NART stripe on a Speciale painted Rosso Scuderia? I have a Rosso Scuderia stradale and I'm thinking of getting a Speciale in that same color. I like the NART stripe on the red Speciales that I've seen in pictures and vides, but I think the ones I've seen are Rosso Corsa. Has anybody seen a Speciale in Rosso Scuderia with a NART stripe? Did it work? Thanks
My personal opinion is that the lighter the color gets, the less appealing is the look of the NART stripe. Probably not a huge difference between Corsa and Scuderia though. Have you tried Autogespot? Site had a lot of good pictures when another user tipped me about them.
I hope this isn't obvious, but one of the N/C options is a "Drivers seat adjustment device". What is that all about?
RSFT? Isn't that just a handle under the racing seat that allows you to slide it forwards and backwards? I could be wrong but that's what I believe it is.
Hi, yeah it's actually a relatively new addition to sports seats. In the Scuderia for example you had to change the height and pitch literally with fixed screws slotting into pre-fixed positions. The new adjustment is a leaver situated on the drivers seat that you kind of "pump" up or down to adjust your pitch angle and height. If you are the only driver then once you have set your position using the fixed option then it's probably fine. However personally I think the new handle allows for more minute adjustment and just plain ease of use and flexibility. Also it's no cost!
I was obviously wrong! Great to hear you can now adjust the seat height without visiting your dealer!
Yes definitely would like to see a pic or video of a RS Speciale with NART stripe. The CF side fins alone without the CF side skirts actually look good on the RC with NART stripe on the autogespot website.
So that must be a new "invention" on the Speciale... Mine has the same rail my Italia had - the one with the screws...
Are you saying the RSFT seat adjustment still requires tools to adjust, or didn't you order this option?
I did order RSFT and in my car it's the rail with the screws. Maybe they changed that (which for me would be hard to believe )
Yes, it's probably just the same feature we had as standard on the race seats on our Italias. If it did something new and useful, do you think Ferrari would really be giving it away free?
