458 458 Speciale with NO Cold Start

I have a 458 Speciale and when starting it cold, it just fires up and goes straight to the usual idle speed. It doesn’t do the cold start cycle where the revs are higher to warm the cats up. Others I’ve seen do have cold start.

Any clues on why it doesn’t do it? Could it have been disabled by the original owner? Maybe a temp sensor fail?

I’m getting no warning lights and the dealership has always serviced it, including the extended warranty inspection completed recently.
