Hey guys, so i just sold my F12, had a very good deal on it. And im looking for my first mid engine ferrari, and im inclining towards 458. A bit of background..

Im a fitness influencer and a sim racer.
I change super cars every year or two. Started with R8 v10 plus. Cool entry, very comfortable, good balance to take out often and get super car feeling. Attention is nice too. a bit dull.
Switched to Huracan. Hated it. Drive is awful, boring, and stiff. Good for attention and social media, but not worth the other negatives.
Then got the F12. Two years of bliss, and didnt get bored with it. fi exhaust, novitec springs, wrapped it black on vossen bronze wheels, i loved it so much. I got an offer i couldn't refuse. Now i'm wondering if i should just get another one with more of a spec to my taste (black exterior, lower km), or a 458.
Loved everything about f12, social media attention, looks, comfort, it can go crazy or go smooth based on what you want. But even as a sim racer, it was a bit hard to drive. Felt heavy when I and there's an unease feeling when i want to go monkey poop. And im the type that likes to go wild given my sim racing hobby.

I need something to balance social media attention/driving please/nights out with the lady. Sound is a big issue which is why I couldn't get an f8 or 488.

Not sure what to do. I attached a picture of the 458 in sight, LOW km, 8000 only, perfect spec, full carbon, etc. My f12 was closing in on 30,000 km, also attached.
I care about resale value as well.

If you change cars every year or two then get the 458 to try something different and if you don't like it then go back to the F12. I have had both cars and given your description I think you would like the 458 quite a bit. You look like you're super jacked so make sure you fit, its a bit tighter than the F12.

I just sat in it yesterday. Perfectly comfortable. The GTR Pro or black series was also a consideration, for fun driving. But i did not fit in them at all, My back wouldnt go into the seats.

    Welcome Mahmood,

Great photos and awesome job on your social media career. I don't think you can go wrong with either the 458 or another F12 - both awesome cars. One thing going for the 458 is it's something new to try too, even if it's not your cup of tea, finding out so is a win in of itself. Look forward to hearing your journey, and need to get some work out tips from you!

    Cheers

Coming from an F12 the 458 could be a big let down regarding power (I only had a 599 when I considered a 458, and could not get past the lack of torque and power of the 458).
On the other hand, the 458 certainly provides more agility, so it may be a different experience worth trying.

I've had both the shorter gears make up for lower power - thrill to drive
