Wade, 308nut, has pulled the engine to make the SC fitment easier and good thing too as he discovered a starnge A/C braket, a bad patch to a header crack, and the foam insulation had disentergrated. Swiss cars had foam, he will replace this with the stainless panel that the rest of the 308s had. Also I'm buying the Nouvalari exhaust that was used on the fully restored 308 he recently sold, the owner wanted it off to sell seprately.

A reminder about the rest of the build:
New suspension bushings, powder coated arms, faster ratio rack, and Girodisk front brkae kit.
Modern FI and ignition run off an Electromotive ECU.
    Ferraripilot radiator.
Seats had new leather and now the console and doors do, plus new glass for clock.
Front air dam painted to fix chips, and Wade is going to make a custom front plate braket that won't block air to the radiators.
    Windows fixed and new speakers.
All hoses replaced, except for recent fuel hoses that were replaced by the good ones.

And rebuilding the shocks, check the link I embedded and you'll see why I'd have to use modern FI, but was going to do that anyway then Wade told me about this SC for sale on here. He's also going to use an O2 and knock sensors.

Keep up posted. I'm especially interested in the Electromotive .bin file you come up with. Also, what size injectors will you be using?

Wade has had them for a while in the boxes and just discovered that the front bar is six inches too short!!! We will give addco one chance to make it right, if they can't I will get my money back and buy some from superformance.

Yup, sounds like a first run bar that they made incorrectly. It's best to call and speak with them. They never responded to my emails. Good luck with them, very frustrating group.

I don't see how they stay in business. They make bars but can't make bars, very poor qa, qc, and customer service.

Agree, the last iteration had a good rear bar but we had to modify the front to make it work. This modification works but adjustability was sacrificed. Since I don't track my car it wasn't an issue as it turned out fine for me. The car tracks like on rails with very little of that old body roll.

    Yes with lowish intercooled psi.

    I'd be fine with that.

At about 15psi boost with stock springs the intake valves start to float. Fix is stronger intake valve springs.
The system can make about 22psi @ full boost and the valve seat ID is 29mm, so you have about 23 lbs working to keep the intake valve open. To compensate you want to add about 22-23 lbs of additional seat pressure.

mk e used these intake springs with that system on an otherwise stock engine:

    Part Number: 902-4009
    Outside diameter 1.135
    Inside diameter 0.629
    Seat pressure 80# @ 1.375
    Open pressure 224# @ .895
    Coil bind 0.793
    Rate 300
    Maximum net lift 0.480

    Description
Dual spring for Sprite and Mini (Set of 8)
Crane Cams | Automotive Home Page

    Unfortunately , they're NLA.
I came up with an alternative set of springs + shims but can't lay my hands on them right now. Somewhere I have a spreadsheets for comparing springs to the 4V 2V OEM spring specs.

That would be up to Wade to share the file, and we'll find out what size injectors soon.
Thank you, but I'm at 6psi which inter-cooled will still be above 400bhp.

Just to let you know I sold my 308 a few months ago. Went to a good home I think. I hope you are well. Seems like you are into TR'S now and I was thinking of one. When you get home maybe we could talk. Your supercharger project looks great.
