I am needing to add some fluid in the axle lift reservoir and have looked in the manual and searched, still haven’t seen anything specified on what kind. If anyone knows would appreciate the info. Car is a 2017 488gtb

Wouldn't it be smarter to just call a ferrari service department and ask them?

Are you sure you need to add fluid? Looks full to me.
Some reservoirs are not meant to be completely full, to allow for fluid expansion with heat

The reservoir is empty, just has a red color to it from the fluid, I have checked the pump for leaks so will have to check the front lift struts and see if they are leaking.

I would have thought that the lift system would have been a closed system set up without resevoirs and such and I wish it was. So just replacing a bad part is more complicated with this. Never knew this. I wish my car didn't have that system in it.........but it does.
