488 Battery Charger / Conditioner

I have a 2016 488 Spider and new to the Ferrari world. Im trying to understand what is the normal condition for the battery charger. Some days I come out and see all of the 7 lights are on and other times I see it sitting in step 1 for a day and also had it in the error mode more than once.

Is the most common, and normal, state that all 7 lights are on when its fully charged and it just sits there like that?
Adding photo here of the factory charger I have and what the current state has been today. I already tried to get a quick look at the battery in the car and no way to see how old it is....all I could see is that its a Varta E39 Silver Dynamic AGM battery.

Not sure if this is a problem or not.

Well who would have thunk that?
Sure enough I wiggled the magnetic contact and now its charging as normal. I thought for sure its a simple connection thats either on or off and no way that it could only be partially connected.

Anyway, it looks like its charging as normal now. Thanks for the advice!
