No, he sold the 360CS for a much faster car with a far more modern architecture, better handling, cutting edge styling, more comfort, way better build quality, more safety, side slip capabilities (i.e. more fun), the best modern gearbox currently available on a sports car, more power and torque that's way more reliable and might, or might not, sound quite as good as the CS.
There are many cars available with these stuff, but no car can match 360CS when it comes to PASSION. You will cry, bro.

I had an F355 GTS and a 360 Spider both with Tubis. Sound is important to me. The 458 Spider is fast enough for me and I love the sound. There don't seem to be any Macs around. A new Vette was trying to tempt me into a dual yesterday. He may be faster but who cares? Not me. I just went off on my usual side roads and he stayed on the 4 lane highway where all the traffic and cops are. Lol
Fwiw as for 'the newer has to better' argument: I went to show my car with the new seats and harnesses to my friends at Lambo yesterday and test drove a brand new Huracan with the sports exhaust and my car back to back: the poor Lambo just could not compete.. Side thought: the interior of the Lambo felt incredibly cheap, esp. the plasticky the steering wheel and buttons on the central console: straight out of an Audi
