Agree, he seems to know his stuff, and hence my post to him above. He doesn't come across as your average dealer.
I want to ask him what colour sweater he prefers, but let's start with the basics of 488VS.

 

That could correspond to what Ferr9000 wrote above ["far from the real car"] about Ingegnere's sketch.

 

Don't see it I'm afraid. The side, in my view, is all over the place and I'm not sure how the aero would work. Tend to agree with ferr9000 and hope that he's right.

 

There’s nothing to be correct or incorrect about. At this point it’s all just speculation.

 

Just to make more hype about it a friend of mine is in Daytona testing the car, and of course he can't tell me anything....GRRRRRRRR so hyped about it!!

 

Every time I am alerted to a new post, I hope, rather like the early release of PF images, or stolen shots of the tdf, that there might be something real, just one genuine fact to debate and now you tell me a friend of yours is driving the car at Daytona! It is all so close and yet so far, so aggravating!

I know what you mean .... every eve , soon as I'm home ,pocket watch placed on side bureau, slippers on , smoking jacket on , pipe lit and settle into my rocking chair logging on to hopefully see a long lens shot of the naked car - like the yellow tdf shot that 1st came out. As I expected in reality just ends up being more speculation - love it normally but now itching , Nay, Crawling the walls to see it !!! Aaaaargh,,,,!

 

Ferr9000 is in Daytona testing it?

 

Wonder why they would test it in Daytona? Specific locations for hot/cold/high altitude make sense, but for the rest, Europe has plenty of places.

 

never been in Daytona. but i guess if they test there - spyshots risk is high.

Daytona is not like Applus IDIADA proving ground in Barcelona for example... Where the only way to it is through guys with guns and security checks (no phones etc)
