I'm looking to purchase some locking lug bolts for the OE wheels on my 488 and am not sure if the seat is a taper or radius.

That picture shows the Titanium lug bolts I ran on my 458 and 488. As you can see, the seat is tapered there in the circle. Same as the stock chrome lug bolts used on most Ferrari models over the years.

Not easy to tell for sure, but the angle of that taper looks more like 90 degrees than the 60 degrees IIRC of most Ferrari models over the years -- just another thing to consider.

You may be looking at the 90 degree corner under the bolt head. The mating surface to the wheel is that free floating washer which is 60 degree (circled in green).

When I had custom Titanium lug bolts produced for the Ferrari, we cut the seats at 60 degrees on the lathe, so it's 60 degrees for sure :)

No, I meant a 90 degree cone angle for the washer (so 45 deg each side) -- but looking at the 488 wheel bolt pics at MPC agree it looks like 60 deg.

    It's a 60 degree cut angle. 120 total.

Sorry I meant 30 each side 60 degree total.

Okay.. sorry, I was on the phone with my neighbor...

I produced some Titanium lug bolts years back for the Ferrari and it's shown on the drawing as a 60 degree seat. I don't have the CAD drawings handy, but here's an image of a similar Ferrari bolt and I've marked the seat angle there with some blue lines. It's a 60 degree total seat angle.
