    I know that Maserati 2018 and newer in order to change parameters with a scanner you need a 12+8 Cable Adapter Connector. You can read codes but cannot erase or even change the oil reminder.

    I was wondering if Ferrari 488 2018 uses the same system to use a scanner

    I bet you don't need this ... just a simple ELM36 OBDII reader of a few dollars !
