    Hi,

i bought me a nice Ferrari Pista and it came with a Ferrari battery charger. It says Lithium and it looks the same as my C TEK litheum XS EU charger which i use for my McLaren 650S

On my McLaren 650S all the lights are on indicating that the battry is fully loaded.

On the 488 Pista, even after more than a day charging en reseting the charger no more than the first 2 LED's are on, odd to me. The car starts and doesn't show any warning lights or so.

Is this correct? I couldn't use the other charger because the connector i bought from CTEK for a 488 (maybe GTB) doesn;t stick to the Pista. It looks identical but somehow it is not.

Thanks for any help i might get here,

    Regards
    Antonio
(Dutchman sorry for the type mistakes)

Respectfully suggest you contact the dealer for clarification or replacement if defective.

Is it not covered under the 3 year warranty?

I did not realize how long ago the Pista first came into production. Nonetheless lithium batteries usually have a long life span.
While my only experience with a lithium battery is with my McLaren, I would wonder if the charger may be the point of failure. Does the Ferrari Ctek have a reset button? If so give it a try.
My apologies that I can not be of greater help.
