On "regular" Ferrari the paint quality has been far from impressive for a while... The Pista may face two factors worsening the situation: - customers more sensitive to quality given the higher price point - additional challenges coming from painting carbon elements
some complained about the painting of their pista mine is perfect: no defects of finish I have also complete protection film (Paintshield) after total polish
With us it is finally 95% okay, after almost 2 months. -Finally installed 4 new rims (were not in stock) - front and rear bumper repainted, front wing right repainted - completely polished According to our dealer we are not alone with these problems If we had to know how these vehicles were sprayed, many of us would be surprised (primitive), it is not easy with the different color lines You wouldn't expect it for a brand like Ferrari. But they do their best to solve it! Thanks for this.
Anyone who thinks this acceptable in any car at any price, let alone one costing mid 6 figures, is beyond me. How difficult is it to properly paint a car.
Since it was the front and rear bumpers I dare say the paint didn't key on properly with the carbon bits or the primer over the carbon bits.
