Liquid Silver is the stripe on Coburn Tdf and I love it, no its a different colour will get official name. Thanks for all kind comments.
Pista spider can not be ordered in white with stripe. Only can be done without stripe. Then why choose Bianco Italia as launching color???
How did Neil spec his in Bianco with a Blu stripe? Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
The launch colour was a triple layer white, which you can order with a stripe. You can't get a stripe with bianco avus - apparently the stripe process yellows this colour.
That was my understanding until dealer told me that bianco italia can not be ordered with stipe either. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app

So Rosso TRS is a knock-out color! However while black and silver work great for the stripe design; can't you go without silver and black wheels and instead choose silver wheels? At least the red is shiny.
Stripe is Canna di Fucile and wheels are matte Canna di Fucile - just like my Speciale and Tdf. So no, silver wasn't an option! What I originally planned to do is reverse the colors of my Speciale but Rosso TRS > F1 Rosso 2007
Ah thank you for sharing those specific build details! It makes perfect sense now; obviously not wanting to change the Canna di Fucile trend you have followed...
From what I can see its only the American market that has to have the reflectors in the front and rear bumper ? At least on the Pista they are close to the wheel arch as opposed them being in the middle of the bumper like on the 488
Dealer just called they got me an allocation for the Pista Spider. How many will these be made? I can't seem to find any data about it.
ahhhh, spent 5 min and finished all the PS spec which is just the launch car for 10 pages long! Guys please share more
Where are you located? Why they found an allocation now? What dealer said? May be some customer give up after showing the new F8 Tributo? Just curious to know if it’s possible Cheers
In CA. It's my local dealer. They got one extra allocation so they let me have it. I have been waiting for this for months and we talked back and forth for many times, it's not a chance came up from nowhere. I mean in my area, if you can get a PS allocation, chances are you can order as many F8T's as you want anyway. That's typically how it works. No one in the right mind would give up a PS allocation for the F8T, it's just not happening.
next week....after seeing it at Geneva I will a complete picture btw for now I prefer Pista for many different reasons....and I guess after Geneva I will remain with my feeling as I said from the beginning even when people were blaming me, F8 is a facelift needed bec the replacement is not ready....that’s all! could be appreciated or not from style point of view but technically nothing new viceversa one step back from Pista or two! one thing is sure....don’t think that with F8 you will get a Pista saving some money bec engine is similar but not same (same power doesn’t mean same engine) so heavier, gearbox is different and handling too as above said Pista is a hardcore car, F8 regular car finally Pista is the last special series of V8 saga! the number of Pista are well know, 3.500 coupe and 1.200 spider more or less the number of F8? how much people will order and/or how much they will be able to produce if the demand will overcome the production capacity
