    is there anyone out there that can help me find a wiring diagram for a 488 pista or an aftermarket install

    Not really up on the 488/Pista setup specifically. However, if I recall the 458 setup correctly, their "infotainment system" is tightly wound into the car's overall electronics / controls. I suspect even with the wiring diagram, you might be opening a bit of a pandora's box here.

    I would agree with that. It's best to leave it alone if it's working properly. Maybe once it fails (shouldn't be too long until it does) would it be something to look at.
