Hi everyone. Looking to upgrade next year from my 08 F430. The 488's looks haven't yet grown on my (Oh, those side air intakes!) Was also considering the McLaren 570 (carbon fiber tub is cool!) and the Huracan 580. The 488 is about 240K, while the other two are around 190-200K. Any advice/input? Thanks.

Where can you get a 488 for $240K?

Where can you get a new 570S for 190-200k too? time to visit a dealership & spec one out to see the real number.

I am considering both the 570s and the Huracan as well but for some reason I am still enamored by my 430.

the interior if hurcana is terrible in quality and materials. You can spec r8 w better interior now. 570 is pretty bare bone but you can argue minmialist look. Ferrari is ferrari and you can cover everything in carbon and leather if you pay.

I haven't driven the 488 but I've put a couple of days in each of the 570s and Huracan.

570 all the way for me. It's the driver's choice IMO. Steering, chassis, view out the front are all more nuanced and satisfying than the Huracan which feels porky and soft.

Huracan is disappointingly refined. Start it up and drive it around and I swear it might as well be a Honda Accord. When you give it my god does it go but it's very bimodal and you have to at least leave it in Sport if you want it to feel anything like a supercar.

The 570s feels special all the time and the interior quality is simply on another planet compared to the Lambo.

Lol 488 is at least 310k used. 570s you can get 180k used. 580-2 about 205-210k used. You can't buy a new 488 unless you have purchased a Ferrari from the same dealership and with minimal options they go for about $275-285k. My opinions 488 sounds great for a turbo and is the fastest of the three and best looking. 570s had the best chassis and seats for spirited driving but has more turbo lag. Its probably the cheapest of the three. The 580-2 sounds the best aside from the sewing machine engine sound at lower rpms, has the least rear visibility but gets the most attention. Its priced slightly higher than the 570s.

Few dealerships are selling 570s used for 189-190k asking. Some of these cars were 210-230k msrp.

I was under the impression that if you ordered from the factory and waited the usual 12 month wait, you could get it for the list price. That's how it worked for the last brand new one I bought, a 360 3-pedal.

Also, very surprising to me that Huracan fit and finish are of poor quality, with all it's German engineering.

That's interesting, I haven't driven the 570 yet but spent 8 hours tracking a Huracan and absolutely loved it. I didn't have any issue with the interior and thought the sound and performance were awesome. I really need to go drive the 570, seems to be a lot of car for the money compared to others.

It's funny you should say that. After driving the Huracan I told a buddy I'd just get a 4C and save $200K...
